Cyrus Calkins,

Jericho, and is present Postmaster; has 163 acres valued at $50 per acre; Rep; Ind; born in Steuben County, New York, January 14, 1815; lived in New York until 1853, then came to Kane County and settled where he now resides; his two sisters, Miss Catherine Calkins and Morriah Calkins, are living with him; they came to Kane County about the same time, and have lived here since.
