The Countryside Restaurant on Route 30 was built by Laura (Mrs. Roy Solfisburg) Mushrush in the 1950s. Workers at times were Donna Breyne, Dolly Johnson, Gladys Munson, Edna Doony, Mary Elaine Clever Morel, Pefik Ashiku (owners of it and the Dreamspinner Motel at the same location) in the 1980s.
There was a gas station on their site run by Michael Hanson, Albert Ward, Jerry [?], Mike Dugan in 1974.
The restaurant also operated under the name Jerry's Diner, Runway to Galway, and Sugar Grove Cafe.
