This cast iron flue damper was a part of old wood burning cook stoves, to adjust the air flow so the fire would not burn too hot. Stamped "Patented July 20, 1918"

This Medal of Scholarship was awarded to Mona Mighell upon her graduation from Sugar Grove High School in 1929. ~Mona Mighell Knutz. Medal was from Eagle Regalia Company, 115 Nassua Street, New York, New York.
