The combined District #302 Band and Chorus from Elburn, Kaneville, Sugar Grove, Big Rock, and Maple Park High Schools performed at the Fall Music Festival at the Sugar Grove Community Building. This was the first such musical activity in the District and was under the direction of Mr. Paul B. Morris and Mr. R.B. White. Miss Helene Behl and Miss Genieve Keenan [?] shared the direction of the combined mixed chorus group.
